BANNA LGU BENEFITS FROM TRAINING ON THP PRODUCTION
Tobacco farmers, members of the Women Weavers Association, Sangguniang Kabataan leaders, and employees of the Municipal Agriculture Office of Banna , Ilocos Norte attended a technology transfer training session on how to produce tobacco handmade paper (THP) and novelty items by the Industrial Research Department from June 20 and 22. The session sought to equip participants with knowledge and skills so they could find other means of livelihood or employment.
